Woman Charged With Assault At Route 202 Gas Station

CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. – A 45-year-old Norwalk, Connecticut woman faces charges in an alleged domestic incident that occurred Sunday, April 10, at a gas station on Route 202 in Cortlandt Manor, police said.

Jennifer P. Pastore was arrested at the Shell station and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, after, police said, she attacked another person.

That person was granted a temporary order of protection against Pastore, police said.

Pastore was processed and released on $2,500 bond and is to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, April 14.

Police provided no details on what injuries the victim may have received or his or her relationship to the suspect.
