Kevin A. Valenzuela, 29, of Yorktown Heights, was stopped around 2 a.m. Saturday, April 14, by Deputy Sheriff Ronald Yeager after he observed the vehicle, which he knew the owner was wanted while patrolling the Lake Peekskill area of Putnam Valley.
Valenzuela was charged with driving without a license and on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
