Matthew Troccoli, 28, was a passenger in a car stopped by a Glen Rock police detective in Bergen County last Tuesday night.

The driver, Maryann McKinnon, 33, of West Milford, NJ, was charged with heroin possession and released without bail pending a May 26 detention hearing, Glen Rock Police Chief Dean Ackermann told Daily Voice.

McKinnon also received a trio of summonses -- for having drugs in a motor vehicle, no side view mirrors and not wearing a seat belt, he said.

Troccoli, who was charged with drug and paraphernalia possession and hindering his arrest by providing false information, was wanted on warrants out of state court in Passaic County, NJ and New Jersey municipal courts in Clifton, Bloomfield and East Orange, the chief said.

Michael Dellapenna, 29, also of West Milford, was charged with heroin and paraphernalia possession. He had two active warrants out of Wanaque, Ackermann said.

Both men were taken to the Bergen County Jail only to be released the next day, records show.
