Suspect Sought In TD Bank Robbery In Fishkill

FISHKILL, N.Y. -- A bank robber has been on the loose since midday Sunday, when he allegedly passed a note to a teller demanding cash at TD Bank in Fishkill, according to police.

New York State Police at Wappingers and Fishkill police are investigating the 12:18 p.m. robbery at the 18 Westage Drive bank, where, after demanding money from the teller, the suspect fled south on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

The man is described as being in his early 20's, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, wearing dark sunglasses, a dark baseball cap, a Harley Davidson T-shirt, dark pants and white sneakers, according to police.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect is asked to call the state police at 845-677-7300.
