Staten Island Man Faces Three Misdemeanors in Cortlandt

CORTLANDT, N.Y. - Nicolo Cucuzza, 42, of Staten Island, was charged with misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor reckless driving and misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation while driving on Route 9 north in the Town of Cortlandt, police said. He also was charged with several traffic violations. Cucuzza was arrested and held by New York State Police. Cucuzza was charged at 1:40 p.m. Saturday.

Petit Larceny: Leonora Aiello, 48, of Peekskill, was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny at 3008 E. Main St., Cortlandt. She was charged at 4 p.m. Saturday.

Menacing: Abbe L. Pabon, 46, of Verplanck, was charged with misdemeanor menacing with a weapon. He was charged at Kings Ferry Road east of Westchester Avenue at 1:20 p.m. Monday.

Criminal Mischief: Christopher Kavana, 32, of Cold Spring, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief in the Town of Cortlandt. The incident was reported at 1:30 a.m. July 26. Kavana posted cash bail.

Criminal Contempt: Arturo A. Reynoso, 57, of Lake Peekskill, was charged with misdemeanor criminal contempt for disobeying a court order in the Town of Cortlandt. He was charged at 10 p.m. July 26.

Petit Larceny: Susana Morocho, 25, of Ossining, was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny, at 3008 E. Main St., Cortlandt. She was charged at 2:45 p.m. Friday. She was released on $300 cash bail.

Petit Larceny: Sonya M. Wright, 27, of the Bronx, was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny at 3133 E. Main St., Cortlandt. She was charged at 10:10 p.m. Friday.
