Somers Man Charged With Using Stolen Credit Card At JV Mall

SOMERS, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Somers man with allegedly using a stolen credit card at the Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown on Tuesday, Sept. 9, officials said.

Colin Tullgren, 22, allegedly made numerous purchases on the credit card that was reportedly stolen in August, police said. 

Tullgren was charged with two counts of criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument. He was remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu $15,000 bail or $30,000 bond, police said. 

Tullgren is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Court on Tuesday, Sept. 16, police said.
