Man Arrested For DWI After Accident On Route 6 In Cortlandt

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Sleepy Hollow man with driving while intoxicated on Sunday, Dec. 22, police officials said.

Lee A. Thompson, 33, was involved in an accident on Route 6 in Cortlandt at approximately 3:20 a.m., State Police said. 

Thompson provided a positive breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .15 percent. He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, Jan. 6, according to State Police.
