Police Seek Public's Help In Search For Area ID Theft Suspects

SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- State Police from the Brewster barracks are asking the public's help in an investigation of an identity theft that occurred in at the Chase Bank and Rite Aid in the Town of Southeast in April. The unidentified suspect or suspects used a fake identification to obtain a new debit card and make more than $9,000 in fraudulent purchases.
