Police Ask Public's Help In Search For Area Fugitive

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- New York State Police are asking for the public's help in locating Zachary Higgins of Poughkeepsie, who is wanted in connection with a grant larceny that occurred in January.

Higgins, 25, is also wanted for failing to appear in Dutchess County Court in connection with the larceny charges. 

He is described as being a white male, 6 feet, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
