POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- New York State Police are asking for the public's help in locating Zachary Higgins of Poughkeepsie, who is wanted in connection with a grant larceny that occurred in January.
New York State Police are asking for the public's help in locating Zachary Higgins, who is wanted on charges of larceny and failing to appear in court.

He is described as being a white male, 6 feet, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
