Mohegan Lake Man Charged With DWI Under Leandra's Law

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- New York State Police recently charged a Mogegan Lake man with felony driving while intoxicated under Leandra's Law after finding the driver had his wife and child in the vehicle, according to officials.

Albaro H. Corado, 26, was pulled over for allegedly failing to maintain his lane of travel on Oregon Road in Cortlandt. Upon stopping Corado, troopers suspected him of being intoxicated, police said. 

Corado provided a breath sample with a blood alcohol content of .17 percent. He was charged with felony DWI under Leandra's Law becuase his wife and 7-year-old child were in the car at the time, police said.
