Eric T. Flores was arrested for two counts of Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor after State Troopers were dispatched to Kohl’s department store for a larceny complaint, according to state police.
Loss prevention reported that a shoplifter was observed concealing clothing underneath his jacket and then exited the store failing to pay for the merchandise, police said.
Flores posted $300 station bail and was released with an appearance ticket directing him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on Nov. 23.
