Earnest M. Trotter, 30, who frightened the unnamed victim and damaged her car, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony; third-degree endangering the welfare of a child; and third-degree menacing, both misdemeanors, state police said.
The dispute occurred in the presence of the victim’s 8-year-old child, state police said.
Trotter had fled the area prior to the arrival of police, they said.
He was later arrested and arraigned on Friday, Feb. 5, and sent to the Westchester County Jail without bail, state police said.
He is scheduled to reappear in the Cortlandt Town Court on Friday, Feb. 12.
