Peter T. Maggio, 51, of Mahopac was charged with driving while intoxicated as a felony because of a previous conviction in the past 10 years. He also was charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. Maggio was in possession of cocaine, according to state troopers. He was pulled over just before 1 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28, on Red Mill Road in Cortlandt.
In the same incident, Joseph A. Halbohn, 44, of Mahopac also was charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The following items also were reported by the New York State Police:
DWI: John T. Deacon, 22, of Mohegan Lake was charged with misdemeanor DWI and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent. He was pulled over about 4 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, on Lexington Avenue in Cortlandt.
Drug Possession: Ellen Cottell, 52, of Cortlandt was charged with misdemeanor petty larceny and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arrested about 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, at ShopRite on Route 6 in Cortlandt.
DWI: Todd R. Bogardus, 48, of Cortlandt Manor was charged with misdemeanor DWI after being stopped about 6:25 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, on the Bear Mountain Parkway in Peekskill.
DWI: Muhamed Sallah, 52, of Lake Peekskill was charged with misdemeanor DWI and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent. He was pulled over about 11:25 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, on Enloe Street in Putnam Valley.
Aggravated DWI: Franklyn D. Ramos, 36, of Mohegan Lake was charged with misdemeanor DWI and misdemeanor aggravated DWI after being pulled over about 2 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, on East Main Street in Yorktown.
