Zurab Shakishvili, 43, was arrested on April 18, after Carmel police officers were able to track down his vehicle from a description provided by the employees of the business, said Chief Mike Cazzari.

When officers located Shakishvili's vehicle, they pulled him over for failing to maintain a single lane, Cazzari said.

Once stopped, officers determined that he was drunk and charged him with DWI and failure to maintain a single lane, police said.

He was released on his own recognizance.
