The unidentified man was traveling west on Route 35 in Katonah about 3:50 p.m. when the bicyclist made a left turn from Old Cross River Road onto Route 35, said Lt. Matthew Hawley.

The driver swerved to avoid the bicyclist, hitting the vehicle next to him and swerved again, rolling his vehicle, Hawley added.

The driver, who was trapped, was extricated by Katonah Fire Department who had to tear open the roof. He was then transported to Northern Westchester Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Hawley said.

The passenger, the occupants of the other vehicle and the bicyclist were not injured.
