Cortlandt Woman, 20, Charged With DWI In Sprain Brook Parkway Stop

GREENBURGH, N.Y. – A woman was recently arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge after a single vehicle accident near a Sprain Brook Parkway exit ramp in Greenburgh, according to New York State Police.

Stefania Montoya-Navarro, 20, of Cortlandt, was arrested Saturday and charged with misdemeanor aggravated DWI, police said.

Montoya-Navarro had a blood alcohol level of 0.18, which is more than two times the legal limit, according to police.
