Cortlandt Manor Woman Charged With DWI After Crash

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- A Cortlandt Manor woman was arrested on Tuesday by the New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks on a charge of driving while intoxicated, police said.

Brianna C. Kelly, 25, was arrested after troopers responded to the scene of a reported one-car auto accident. When they arrived, they found Kelly sitting in her 200 Chrysler Sebring off the roadway. Troopers said she was intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Kelly was charged with felony DWI when an investigation revealed that she was convicted of a DWI related offense in 2013.

The defendant was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Justice Court on Dec. 21.
