Cortlandt Manor Man Faces Marijuana Charge In Yorktown

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Vincent McMorrow, a Cortlandt Manor resident, was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to Yorktown police.

Police said that an officer was on routine patrol on Route 202 when he observed a vehicle that had tinted windows, in violation of state law. A traffic stop was conducted, and an investigation revealed that McMorrow possessed a small amount of marijuana, police said.

McMorrow was processed at the scene and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, May 14, at 6 p.m.
