CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Cortlandt man with driving while intoxicated in a routine traffic stop Sunday, police said.
Police charged 25-year-old Gary M. Carbone Jr. with the misdemeanor after stopping him on Main Street for allegedly failing to maintain his designated lane of travel, police said.
An investigation allegedly found him to be intoxicated at the time of the stop, according to police.
Carbone supplied a positive breath sample that allegedly yielded a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent, said police.
He was issued traffic tickets and is due in Cortlandt Town Court on Friday, Jan. 8, according to police.
