CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. -- David A. Sutton, 23, of Cortlandt Manor, was arrested on Friday by New York State Police after he was accused of not paying for a cab ride.
Sutton was arrested following a complaint received from a New York City cab driver. The driver said he gave Sutton a ride from John F. Kennedy International Airport to a Cortlandt address. Sutton got out of the cab, telling the driver that he was going to get payment but failed to return, police said.
He was charged with theft of services, a Class A misdemeanor, according to officials.
Sutton was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Cortlandt Court on March 20.
