Cortlandt Man Charged With Threatening Group With A Knife

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Cortlandt man with menacing after he allegedly threatened a group of people with a knife on Thursday, Sept. 18, officials said.

 David L. Herbin, 25, allegedly threatened a group of neighbors on Wednesday, Sept. 17 after they asked him to move his car, police said. 

Herbin was remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail, police said.
