Cortlandt Man Charged With Marijuana Possession In Peekskill

CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. -- Nicholas S. Milton, a 25-year-old Cortlandt resident, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth-degree on Saturday, according to New York State Police from the Cortlandt Barracks.

Police said troopers stopped the vehicle Milton was operating on State Route 202 on a license plate violation. An investigation found that Milton was in possession of more than 7 ounces of marijuana, police said. Milton was issued appearance tickets directing him to appear before the City of Peekskill Court on Thursday, April 23.
