Man Threatens To Use Metal Knuckles During Assault In Putnam, Police Say

A 22-year-old Beacon man is facing charges after he threatened an acquaintance with metal knuckles during an assault in Philipstown, state police said Saturday

An investigation revealed that on Friday, Terrence J. Brennan assaulted an acquaintance, causing minor injuries. During the altercation, Brennan threatened the victim with metal knuckles.

Brennan has been charged with menacing in the second degree, assault in the third degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Brennan was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Nelsonville Court on Jan. 25.
