CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Patricia A. Duffy, a longtime resident of Croton-on-Hudson, died at her home on Monday, July 20. She was 77.
Duffy was born in New York City to Patrick and Jane (Smith) McGourty.
She worked and retired from Croton Watch.
She is survived by her husband, Vincent, three children, Edward and his wife, Liz, Patrick and his wife, Mary, and Jane Kotalik and her husband, Christopher; 10 grandchildren, and her sister-in-law Joan McGourty.
Duffy was predeceased by a son, John and her brother, Thomas McGourty.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 170 Kings Ferry Road in Montrose.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 24, at Holy Name of Mary Church in Croton-on-Hudson.
Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
