CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Kathleen Marie Lawrence, a longtime resident of Croton-on-Hudson, died Jan. 15. She was 85.
Lawrence was born Aug. 18, 1927, in New York City to John and Hanorah Lonergan Corbett. She was married to George J. Lawrence Sr., who survives her.
She is also survived by four children, Maryann (Douglas) Grodin, Pamela (William) Diffley, Barbara Lawrence and George J. (Kathy) Lawrence Jr.; a sister, Mary Corbett; and seven grandchildren. She was predeceased by three brothers, William, John and James Corbett.
Visitation is from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home in Croton-on-Hudson. Funeral services will immediately follow at the funeral home. Cremation services will be private.
