Yorktown Grange's 'Dine to Donate' Will Raise Money For Eliseo Family

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- The Yorktown Grange, in conjunction with Frankie & Augie’z restaurant, has announced a “Dine to Donate” event to benefit Yorktown’s Eliseo family, which  recently lost its Wildwood Street home and pets in a Nov. 24 fire.

“It’s awful what happened to this family, losing everything they owned a few days before Thanksgiving,” said Curt Chase, Yorktown Grange member, in a release. Chase, along with fellow member Scott Nelsen and Grange President Nicole Fervan, initiated the charitable effort.

The "Dine to Donate" event is scheduled from 3 p.m. to closing on Monday, Dec. 16 at Frankie & Augie’Z restaurant, on 3673 Hill Blvd. in Jefferson Valley. Patrons can mention the event or present a copy of the paper or electronic flier to their server, and Frankie & Augie’Z will donate 20 percent of the bill to the Eliseo fundraising effort.

“All purchases made on Monday are eligible — dine in, take out and deliveries,” Chase explained. “Simply mention that your order is to benefit the Eliseo family and they will contribute 20 percent of your bill.”

Go to Yorktown Grange's website for a copy of the flier and Facebook Event invite, or contact Frankie & Augie’Z directly here or by calling 914-245-9241.
