Wind-Chill Advisory In Effect With Sub-Zero Temps Expected In Cortlandt

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The latest winter storm to move through Westchester County left little in the way of snow, but bitter cold will linger with overnight temperatures into Monday expected to be below zero.

A wind-chill advisory is in effect through 9 a.m. Monday.

Skies will be mostly clear overnight with a low temperature between -2 and -4, according to the National Weather Service. The wind-chill factor will make it feel between -15 and -25.

The bitter cold will continue Presidents Day under sunny skies and a high between 14 and 16 degrees.
