What's closed:

All government offices.
All school offices.
All U.S. post offices in Croton-on-Hudson and Cortlandt will be closed, and there will be no mail delivery.
The Hendrick Hudson Free Library and the Croton Free Library will be closed.
Most banks will be closed.

What's open:
