Cortlandt Could See First Snowfall Of The Season This Week

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Despite a sunny and unseasonably mild start to the week, Westchester County residents could see the first snowfall before the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

Tuesday will be mainly sunny with slightly warmer temperatures. Highs on Veterans Day will be in the low 60s. 

Clouds and showers will threaten the area on Wednesday morning before clearing with a high around 59. 

Thursday will be sunny but much cooler with temperatures only expected to reach the high 40s. 

Clouds and precipitation will roll through the area on Thursday night with some possible snowfall. Temperatures are expected to drop in to the low-to-mid 30s. 

Friday will be partly sunny with a high around 43.
