Water Service Will Be Interrupted In Yorktown Thursday

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Water service will be interrupted on Underhill Avenue in Yorktown early Thursday morning.

Yorktown Police announced the Yorktown Consolidated Water District will be making system improvements on Underhill Avenue between Route 118 and Kear Street between midnight and 7 a.m.

Yorktown Police announced the Yorktown Consolidated Water District will be making system improvements on Underhill Avenue between Route 118 and Kear Street between midnight and 7 a.m.

The work will involve temporary interruption of water service and possible road closure, police said.

Anyone who experiences discolored water should run the cold water until it clears, police said.
