Walmart Says Tracy Morgan And Peekskill Man Were Not Wearing Seat Belts

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Walmart has said that the death of Peekskill comedian James McNair and the severe injuries to Tracy Morgan were the result of both men failing to wear seat belts, according to CNN.com.

Morgan sued Walmart saying the company was negligent in letting truck driver Kevin Roper drive after being awake for more than 24 hours, CNN reported.
