VA Hudson Valley Conducting Two Groups On 'Tempering The Tyrant'

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- The Department of Veterans Affairs Hudson Valley Health Care System in Cortlandt will conduct two telephone education groups titled “Tempering the Tyrant: Finding Anger’s Rightful Place,” in the month of March.

The groups will be offered Wednesdays, March 16, at 7 p.m. or March 23, at 3 p.m. 

The VA Caregiver Support Line will facilitate the sessions, which are open to family caregivers of Veterans of all eras.
