Storms, Heavy Rain Move Into Cortlandt

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Westchester County will see additional showers and thunderstorms Wednesday that may lead to heavy rain and poor drainage, according to the National Weather Service.

Showers and possibly a thunderstorm are likely Wednesday afternoon. Chance of rain is 60 percent. New rainfall amounts of between a half and three quarters of an inch are possible. The afternoon will be mostly cloudy with a high near 81.
