The $72,000 includes $67,000 donated by ShopRite’s thoughtful customers during the supermarket’s November 2014 “Together for our Children” fundraising campaign for the hospital. Cortlandt Manor was the No. 1 fundraising location, followed by Croton and Bedford Hills.

The check also includes ShopRite’s $5,000 pledge match donation during the 10th Annual 100.7 WHUD Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Radiothon for the hospital.

Earlier in 2014, ShopRite hosted another “Together for our Children” fundraising campaign in support of Maria Fareri Children's Hospital, during which ShopRite customers generously donated more than $95,000.

All together, ShopRite Supermarkets’ 2014 fundraising efforts brought $167,000 to the hospital in support of the life-changing and lifesaving care it provides to children and their families.

Since 2013, ShopRite and its customers have donated more than $240,000 to Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.
