I was one of the drivers who stuck on I- 87 today morning and it took 1.5 hours just to get into Cross County Exit. I am wondering why no Police - County,State or City- did not showed up to control the flow of traffic, which could have been helpful to the commuters. That means there is no coordination between City, County and State traffic Police Departments. Some thing has to be done to ease the flow of traffic after any major accidents like the one which happened today.
