WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A stretch of the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway on the Westchester/Bronx border has reopened after it was closed much of the Friday morning commute following an accident.
The closure was between I-95 (Exit 1) and Pelham Parkway (Exit 3)
There were rubbernecking delays on the southbound side as a result of the closure.
