Christopher McGhee, 34, of the Town of North East, was arrested for having sexual contact with a child that is known to him, according to Capt. John Watterson.
McGhee was taken into custody at his home without incident and charged with one count of felony predatory sexual assault, Watterson said.
He is being held without bail at the Dutchess County Jail.
