Hudson Valley Hospital Seeks Rezoning For New Building

CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. -- Hudson Valley Hospital Center is seeking a rezoning change from the town of Cortlandt in order to construct a new facility that will consist of physician offices, according to a report by The Examiner.

The 36,000-square-foot structure is needed to provide additional services to patients as part of the hospital's affiliation with New York Presbyterian Hospital, the report said. 

A portion of the top level of the building will allow for retail space for medical goods including pharmaceuticals and medical devices, the report said.
