PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- A disabled vehicle caused delays on eastbound Route 6 between the Bear Mountain Bridge and Roa Hook Road in Cortlandt Manor on Friday morning.
The incident, reported at 8 a.m., resulted in stop-and-go traffic.
