Croton Police Arrest DWI Suspect Wanted Since 1999

CROTON, N.Y. -- Croton Police recently arrested a Peekskill man who has been wanted since 1999 on a felony driving while intoxicated charge, according to Patch.com.

Luis Carlos Octavalo, 37, was pulled over by police and when his record was checked, it was discovered he failed to appear for a hearing on the charge in 1999, Patch.com reported.
