An accident involving an overturned tractor trailer is snarling traffic on a stretch of I-84 on Tuesday morning.
The crash, on the eastbound side, is west of Exit 21 (Route 121) and was reported just before 7 a.m.
The tractor trailer is in the center median with stopped traffic at the scene. The eastbound left lane is closed and there are heavy delays in both directions.
