CORTLANDT, N.Y. - About 60 Cortlandt residents are without power, as of noon Monday. Con Edison has estimated power will be restored to the area at about 5 p.m., Monday.

Residents in Briarcliff Manor, New Castle, North Castle, New Rochelle, Port Chester, Rye Brook, White Plains and Yonkers also lost power, though meteorologists at the National Weather Service expect the most damaging winds to come through the night.
