CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. – Cortlandt Manor resident James Tina has been battling with his neighbor since 2008 over rusted out industrial equipment in his neighbor's yard that Tina says is an eyesore, reports News 12 Westchester.

A Cortlandt Manor resident says his neighbor hasn’t removed the industrial equipment from his yard, including a rusted septic truck, that he was ordered to remove in 2008.

Tina, who lives at 18 Stevens Ave., says his neighbor, Sheldon Gardner, refused to put up a fence when Tina first moved to his residence 15 years ago. Tina then appealed to Cortlandt Manor’s Zoning Board, which in 2008, ordered Gardner to remove all of the rusted equipment and put up a fence – a request that has been ignored, according to the report.
