CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- The Town of Cortlandt will host a forum on Alzheimer's disease at the Muriel H. Morabito Community Center on Wednesday, Sept. 24, from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
Five speakers will present topics including how to stay sharp; prevent and halt dementia progression; foods for the brain; care-giving options; support groups; resources; and Medicare and Medicaid rules for dementia patients.
The Muriel H. Morabito Community Center is at 29 Westbrook Drive in Cortlandt Manor.
