BUCHANAN, N.Y. -- State Police in Hawthorne arrested a Buchanan woman on Wednesday, Nov. 20, on charges of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Stacy L. Zambrano, 39, was stopped about 10 p.m. when she was observed changing lanes unsafely on the Taconic State Parkway in the Town of Mount Pleasant.
She was accused of driving while impaired by drugs and refused to submit to a chemical test, police said. Further investigation revealed Zambrano's license had been suspended, police said.
She is schedule to be in Mount Pleasant Court on Thursday, Dec. 5.
