PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident resulted in the right lane being blocked on the southbound Taconic State Parkway in Carmel on Sunday afternoon.
The accident, between Hortontown Hill Road and Route 301, occurred shortly before 2 p.m. and was cleared within an hour.
