Stamford Plows On the Road Again

Stamford's 65 snow plows and sanding trucks were back on the road again early Tuesday morning as yet another winter blast is hitting the area with projected snow accumulation of eight to 10 inches.

"I was called at 3:30 this morning and told to report at 5:00," said Horace "Lobo" Perry as he filled his massive truck with gas at the city maintenance yard on Magee Road.

Perry has been working for the city of Stamford for 25 years and has never seen this much snow. "This is most I've seen in my time with the city and I guess there's more coming," he sighed.

Have the Trucks come to your streets yet? How do think the city handles snow removal?
