“There are many who are overwhelmed by change, technology, and the issues of livelihood," said John Aigner, a self-trained former career counselor and visionary workshop presenter. “This is particularly true of ‘boomers’ who are approaching retirement and may be anxious about their changing life status”. “They often feel helpless, or overwhelmed. but they are not,”

The center will offer task-centered solutions with a hand-holding approach for novices and technophobes.

Admission is free, but donations are accepted.

Appointments are not required and may be scheduled by calling 917-679-2702.

Drop-in hours are on Thursdays between 2 and 5 p.m.

Events dedicated to specific topics such as phone photos and home business ideas will be announced in advance.

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Hudson Valley is located at 2021 Albany Post Road in Croton.
