Cortlandt Manor Fitness Studio Expands

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- Dynamic Pulse Fitness in Cortlandt will host an Open Studio event on Saturday, May 17 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. to introduce its expanded its staff and services to help clients lose weight and feel great.

The event will include fitness demonstrations, prizes, food demonstrations, prizes, refreshments and more.

Each person who attends will receive a complementary health history session with Alison, and those who sign up as a Dynamic Pulse Fitness Client by the end of May will receive one free training session with Jeanette.

Dynamic Pulse Fitness is located at 3565 Crompond Road in the Parkside Plaza.
