Bedford-Pound Ridge Cub Scouts Compete In Thunderbird Games In Croton

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- A chariot race and "human" foosball highlighted the Thunderbird Games that drew members of the Bedford-Pound Ridge Cub Scouts Pack 170.

They joined others from New York's Westchester-Putnam Council for the 24th annual event at Croton Point Park, Croton-on-Hudson. 

Other events included a triangle walk, rock climbing and archery. There were opening ceremonies at the start, and the day ended with fireworks, followed by an overnight family campout.

Pack 170 is still offering enrollment to boys in grades K-5.
